After making almost every single recipe out of the first book that Matt and Renato published, you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon this on accident.
I haven't even flipped through this book yet but I'm going to go out on a limb and recommend you put it on your holiday wish list. And then buy a copy for me.
Enough work. I'm going to go bake something.
I came across it in like, March because it was recommended to me on Amazon. And then I was sad it hadn't been published yet, so I put it on my wish list. Now I'm wondering if they have it at the library...
