It uses applesauce. (And molasses-- yum!) Recently I've fallen for a Real Simple recipe that came out sometime this spring. It seems quicker to make, since you don't have to dry out the applesauce. I love granola for being able to work with whatever I've got going on in the pantry at the moment.
