I laughed out loud this morning with I read the daily quote from Real Simple. Too perfect for the post that I'd been writing in my head.
Many thanks to your kind words about my Feist bangs. A few of you even suggested that I should leave them just the way they were. But since I already had the appointment scheduled, I went ahead and cut them anyway.
I took this picture yesterday when I was in a hurry and my hair was a mess. I decided it was an okay shot because what I really wanted to focus on was my bangs. Honestly, they are the real star of this show.

Then this morning while I was standing, once again, in mywell lit bathroom, I thought what the heck. I'll take another picture with my hair down.
As you can see the rest of my hair is still pretty much the same, just darker. And less straw-like on the ends. I really really love having my hair done. It almost makes up for my lack of style when it comes to clothing, in my opinion anyway.
Also, don't you just love the stripey wallpaper behind me? I know. Renting a run-down duplex with out-dated decor has always been one of my fondest dreams.

I will NOT run out and get bangs cut... but I am thinking I need to shape my eyebrows, please tell me yours aren't naturally that perfect??

Love love love your bangs! This makes me want to try something new with my own. New hairstyles are the best! I love how they can totally change your look without having to change your wardrobe. You can only wear a new shirt for one, maybe two, days in a row, but a new hair-do becomes a part of every ensemble.
