This weekend we welcomed a new member into our family when my brother got married! In addition to that we drove, ate, roasted 175+ lbs. of beef in a pit dug into the ground, threw flower petals down the aisle, danced, drank ridiculous amounts of coke zero, and hardly slept at all. It was one of those weekends that constantly makes you stop and think to yourself, "Oh...so this is what it means to live the good life."
I'm hoping you don't mind that I'll be taking the rest of the week off. You're used to me being away this summer anyway, right? I'll be back next week with lots of pictures from the wedding + details about our deep pit BBQ. N8tr0n's parents are staying with us for the week so the good times here continue. Good luck to those of you who have little ones starting school today. Z-cakes is quite jealous of you.

everyone stole the words right out of my mouth so now i'm here saying i agree, ditto, she's right, spot on, and yep to the fact that z-cakes looks all too adorable in that picture.
